All orders are shipped with Royal Mail. Please note that during our Summer Seventeen promotion, orders may take a little longer than usual to process. Our team will strive to process your order as quickly as possible, and you'll be notified via email once your order has been dispatched/is ready for collection.
- Orders are processed and shipped on working days, Monday - Friday.
- All orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day, where possible.
- Orders placed after 2pm on Friday are shipped on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
- You will receive a tracking link for your order via email once it has been shipped.
- We do not process orders on UK public bank holidays.

FAQ
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Depending on the value of your order, your Sculpt parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be.
For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges on your end.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email to the email address you provided at checkout (if paying with PayPal, this may fill automatically)
Your tracking number is located on your dispatch email & you will also receive updates from Royal Mail by clicking on the tracking link provided in this email.
Please allow up to 12 hours for your parcel to be scanned into the Royal Mail network, and your tracking will update accordingly.
DO YOU DELIVER ON UK PUBLIC BANK HOLIDAYS?
We are unable to deliver on Public and Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow an extra working day for each of these days when calculating the estimated delivery date.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We are able to ship to almost 93% of the world, some geographical postcode restrictions may apply to certain areas. If you are unsure if we can deliver to your address, please feel free to get in touch, and a member of our team can help.I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER
If you have an issue with an item you've received, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@sculptactivewear.com within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can assist with any issues you may have.
Please note - we cannot look into queries for lost parcels, faulty items or delayed delivery time after this period, as these need to be investigated as quickly as possible once your order has been dispatched.
PLEASE NOTE. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS FOR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING OUR SUMMER SEVENTEEN PROMOTION, INCLUDING REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Please note: Any items returned to us out of these conditions will be refused and returned to you, and you will be notified via email if this happens. We can NOT refund any duties/taxes on international orders. You will be issued a credit note for the exact amount paid for your order (minus the £3.99 fee if you choose to use our returns portal), provided these terms are met. Credit notes may take up to 5 working days to be processed and sent over to you from the day we receive your order back.

Please note that during this busy period, replies may take a little longer than usual, but we will strive to get back to you as soon as we can.
- Returns/exchanges must be returned to us within 14 days from your parcel's delivery or collection date. Please remember that your return must be with us on or before the 14th day.
- Items MUST be returned in their original plastic packaging & have the original swing tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns for any underwear.
- For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept any returns for any socks that have been opened.
- You MUST include the packing slip in your return to ensure we can issue your refund or process your exchange successfully. If you fail to provide this, your return will be delayed, and we may not be able to process your return.
- Your return will be rejected if we believe your item has been tampered with, has been deliberately damaged, or you have made unauthorised alterations to obtain a full refund.
- Items must be free of any stains/markings, e.g. fake tan/make-up or pet hair.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of any smells, including body odour, deodorants & perfumes.
RETURNING YOUR SHIPPED ORDER
You can return your items to us in one of two ways. If you would like to return your item to us of your own accord, you can return your order to the address below within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend you use a tracked & signed-for service as we can NOT be held responsible for any lost/damaged parcels. If your parcel is lost, you must contact the courier of your own accord for compensation, and we can not assist with this. Please be sure to include the invoice that was included in your parcel in your return parcel, so that we can identify your return.

If you would like to return your order to us through our returns portal, you can do so by clicking here. If you choose to do this, we will provide a Royal Mail returns label to return your order to us at your local Post Office. We will deduct a £3.99 fee to cover the cost of the label, which will be deducted from your final store credit amount.
Once your order arrives back to us, it will be inspected by our team, and we will email you a code for your store credit as quickly as possible, which will be valid on our website for THREE MONTHS ONLY.
RETURNING YOUR CLICK & COLLECT ORDER
If you would like to return your click & collect order to us, you can drop it off at the address it was collected from, within 14 days of your collection. Our team will then inspect your return, and we will process your store credit and email it over to you. Please note: you do not need to request your click & collect return with our returns portal.
Once your order has been dropped off back to us, it will be inspected by our team, and we will email you a code for your store credit as quickly as possible, which will be valid on our website for THREE MONTHS ONLY.
