Can I return an item I bought on sale?
Yes excluding all sale items purchased with a 50% or higher discount, which will be final sale and are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable.
Can I collect my order directly from Sculpt?
Unfortunately we don't offer click and collect at this time however it will be an option in the near future.
I have received a faulty item, what should I do?
We are sorry that you have received a faulty item, please contact our team with photos and order number and we will advise you on the next steps.
Where are Sculpt Activewear products designed and manufactured?
All Sculpt Activewear products are designed in the UK then manufactured in China via our well established supplier.
How long does shipping take?
UK Delivery takes between 1-3 working days from the time of despatch. During a sale period, please allow additional processing time for your order to be despatched.
In addition, please be aware that there could be delivery delays from the shipping carriers during the holiday period due to the a high volume of parcels, which Sculpt Activewear has no control over.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes or cancel your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout. If once you receive your order and you wish to return it, please reach out to enquiries@sculptactivewear.com and they will accommodate your request.
Pre-Order Purchases
All pre-order item dates are just an estimated date of when stock should arrive at the warehouse and are subject to changes due to unpredicted delays with the shipments. All pre-order orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of the stock arriving.
Handle & Care
All care instructions are listed in each product description online and in each products care label. Please follow these instructions carefully, returns will not be accepted if instructions aren't followed.
