PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE NOT OFFERING EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING OUR SUMMER SEVEN PROMOTIONS. RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All discounts/promotions will be automatically applied at the checkout unless stated otherwise.
Promotions will run only for certain periods. We will not honour these promotions once they have ended.
Baskets are NOT reserved. Please plan your purchases ahead to ensure you don't miss out.
Summer Seven promotions/discounts can NOT be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discount codes.
Orders can NOT be changed once they have been placed, so please ensure you have checked the sizes/items you're ordering and your order details including contact information and/or shipping addresses. You can request a cancellation for your order and we will cancel your if it has not been processed. If it has been processed, we can not cancel your order.
Local Click & Collect will be operating as normal and will be available from Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm. Please allow time for click & collect orders to be processed. You will be notified via email once your order is ready to collect. Please do not come to collect your order if you have not been notified that it is ready for collection. You will be refused and asked to come back if it is not ready.
Credit notes will be valid for THREE MONTHS only from issue, and will only be issued once our team have received and inspected your return and it meets our returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You can request a return for your shipped order using our online returns portal as normal. You can request a returns label to return your order and a £2.99 will be deducted from your final store credit amount if you choose to use this label.
If you have collected your order from us and wish to return it, you must drop it off at the same address it was collected from. You can not return your collection order through our online returns portal.
