PLEASE NOTE. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS FOR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING OUR SUMMER ELEVEN PROMOTION, INCLUDING REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
RETURNING YOUR SHIPPED ORDER
You can return your items to us in one of two ways. If you would like to return your item to us of your own accord, you can return your order to the address below within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend you use a tracked & signed-for service as we can NOT be held responsible for any lost/damaged parcels. If your parcel is lost, you must contact the courier of your own accord for compensation and we can not assist with this. Please be sure to include the invoice that was included in your parcel in your return parcel, so that we can identify your return.

If you would like to return your order to us through our returns portal, you can do so by clicking here. If you choose to do this, we will provide a Royal Mail returns label to return your order to us at your local Post Office. We will deduct a £3.99 fee to cover the cost of the label, which will be deducted from your final store credit amount.
Once your order has arrived back to us, it will be inspected by our team, and we will email you a code for your store credit, which will be valid on our website for THREE MONTHS ONLY.
RETURNING YOUR CLICK & COLLECT ORDER
If you would like to return your click & collect order to us, you can drop it off at the address it was collected, within 14 days of your collection. Our team will then inspect your item and we will process your store credit and email this over to you. Please note: you do not need to request your click & collect return with our returns portal.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Items must be requested/returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, with no scent, in their original packaging with swing tags still attached. Any items returned to us out of these conditions will be refused and shipped back to you, and you will be notified via email if this happens. We can NOT refund any duties/taxes on international orders. You will be issued a credit note for the exact amount paid for your order (minus the £3.99 fee if you choose to use our returns portal), provided these terms are met. Credit notes may take up to 5 working days to be processed and sent over to you from the day we receive your order back.
