These must be returned within 14 days of receiving them and in a resellable condition, as per our Terms & Conditions.

You can return your shipped order to us by registering your return via our returns portal. Simply enter your details, and follow the instructions. If you require assistance for your return, you can contact us anytime.

You can return your click & collect order to the Sculpt Store where it was collected. Simply drop it off with us, and we will process your return as quickly as possible once it's been dropped off at our store.

Yes. We will still be offering our Click & Collect service during our Summer Seventeen promotion. Please note: orders may take a little longer than usual to process due to the volume of orders we receive, but our team will work as quickly as possible to process your order. Please only attend to collect your order, once you receive an email stating that your order is ready for collection. We will not process your order if you attend and it has not been processed.

Unfortunately, baskets are not reserved. If you wish to purchase any items during this promotion, they will not be reserved until they are purchased. Don't forget, you can favourite items on our website, so that you can easily access any items you wish to purchase.

Unfortunately, we can not refund any orders during this promotion, or refund any differences between discounts for each promotion.

Generally speaking, we tend to process orders within a 24-hour period; however, due to the volume of orders we receive during our Summer Seventeen promotion, orders may take a little longer to process. We will strive to process your order within 3-days of receiving it, and you'll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped/is ready to collect.
