WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY DURING SUMMER ELEVEN?

Any items purchased during our Summer Eleven promotion will be subject only to store credit if they are returned. We will not be offering refunds or exchanges for any returns during this period. These must be returned within 14 days of receiving them and in resellable condition as per our Terms & Conditions.

HOW DO I RETURN MY SHIPPED ORDER?

If you have had your order shipped to you, you can use our returns portal to return your order to us for store credit. If you choose to return your order to us and request a returns label, a £3.99 fee will be deducted from your final store credit amount.

You can also return your order to us using a courier of your choice, and we recommend you use a tracked/signed for service, and that you retain the receipt for proof of shipping. We will not process a refund for your return if we do not receive it.

HOW DO I RETURN MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?

If you have collected your order from our shop, you can simply drop it off at the address it was collected from.

CAN I STILL USE THE CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE?

Yes! You will be able to collect your order from our store during Summer Eleven. We will be open Tues-Thurs, 10am-5pm. Mon & Fri 10am-6pm.

We ask that you do not collect your order if you have not received an email telling you that it is ready. We will not process your order if it is not ready and you will be asked to come back when it's been processed and ready for collection.

CAN I STILL USE KLARNA OR CLEARPAY AT THE CHECKOUT?

Yes. You can choose to use Klarna or ClearPay at the checkout to pay for your order at a later date during Summer Eleven.

CAN I RESERVE MY BASKET?

Unfortunately, baskets can not be reserved on our website and items are sold on a first come first serve basis.

CAN I STILL EARN POINTS WHEN I PURCHASE?

Yes! As long as you log in to your account before you purchase, you'll still earn points for any purchases you make during Summer Eleven.

Please note that we can not add points retrospectively to your account once your purchase has been made, so be sure to log in before you purchase.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

We process orders Mon-Fri when we're in the office. Our team will work as hard as they possibly can to process your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with a tracking link if it's being shipped to you or a pick-up notification via email once it's ready to collect.

CAN I CANCEL/AMEND MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, orders can not be cancelled or amended once they've been placed during Summer Eleven. We advise that you check your order before you place it as mistakes can not be retrospectively changed.
